Refunds

In the EU or the UK, you can cancel any payment, including a renewal, within 14 days for a full refund. No reasons needed.

Everywhere else, refunds are not given as standard, because Bedrock Flow is a digital product you can try free first. We still refund where the law requires it, or where something went wrong on our side, such as being charged twice. Any other request is reviewed individually.

Yearly plans send you a reminder 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before they renew. If something has gone wrong with a payment, choose Account and billing, then Refund, on the contact form, and we review it individually.

Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller, so the refund comes from Paddle. Your account goes back to the free plan straight away.
