Close or erase your account

Click your picture at the top right of the app and scroll to the bottom to close your account. You are signed out on every device and get no more product news. Your photo and synced settings are removed. Sign in again any time to reopen it.

We keep your account details and payment history for our records after you close it, as the Privacy Policy explains. To have your details erased for good, choose Privacy and data, then Close or erase my account, on the contact form.

If you have a paid subscription, cancel it first. You can close your account once the time you paid for ends. To have it closed sooner, use the contact form as well.

Your dictation history is on your PC, not in your account. Delete it in Settings, Advanced, History, or uninstall the app and choose to delete its data.
