The diagnostics file

Bedrock Flow keeps a small log of timings, such as how long a recording was and whether the mic stopped. It never holds what you said. It helps us find problems you report.

1. Open Bedrock Flow from the tray icon, then click Settings at the top.
2. Go to Help and click Show file. The folder opens with diagnostics.log selected.
3. Attach it to your reply when support asks for it.

You can also find it yourself: press Windows+R, type %APPDATA%\com.bedrockflow.account and press Enter.
