My microphone stops during dictation

If the microphone stops sending sound, Bedrock Flow tries to reconnect it straight away. If it cannot, it stops, types what it already heard, and shows "Your microphone stopped. Check it is connected."

• Wireless headsets can drop out when the battery is low or when they switch to another device.
• Plug USB mics straight into the PC rather than into a hub.
• In Windows sound settings, turn off power saving for the USB port if your mic keeps disconnecting.
• Pick the mic by name in Settings, General, This PC, so a different default device cannot take over.

If it keeps happening, contact support and attach the diagnostics file when we ask. It shows when the sound stopped, never what you said.
