"No speech heard"

When a recording has no speech in it, Bedrock Flow types nothing rather than guess, and tells you on the pill. With the pill turned off, it shows a Windows notification instead. Silent recordings do not count towards your free minutes.

1. Check your mic is not muted, on the mic itself or on your headset cable.
2. In Windows, open Settings, Privacy and security, Microphone. Turn on "Let desktop apps access your microphone".
3. In Bedrock Flow, open Settings, General, This PC, and check Microphone is the one you speak into.
4. Turn on Show words as you speak (Settings, Look and Sound). If the words appear as you talk, the mic is working.
